Out of Network Benefits

If you have out of network benefits (inquire with your insurance) you usually can submit a superbill provided by your therapist and get reimbursed for a portion of the cost. I am happy to provide you one should you want one.

Other Insurance Options

To provide the highest level of care and flexibility for my clients, I have chosen not to work directly with some insurance companies. This decision allows me to:
Maintain Complete Privacy: When working with insurance, personal details about your mental health and treatment plan may need to be shared with the insurance company. By not accepting insurance, I can ensure that your information stays completely confidential between us.
Tailor Treatment to Your Needs: Insurance companies often limit the number of and length of sessions or dictate the type of treatment covered. Without these constraints, we have the flexibility to design a treatment plan that is fully tailored to your needs, rather than fitting into a one-size-fits-all model.
Focus on the Therapeutic Relationship: By not dealing with the administrative demands of insurance companies, I can dedicate my full attention and energy to our work together, ensuring that you receive the best care possible. This also allows me to extend session past the traditional 45 minute session.
I understand that this may not be the right fit for everyone, and again, I’m happy to provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. If you have any questions about this, I’m more than happy to discuss options.
