Faith-Based Therapy
My work as a therapist is deeply informed by my Christian faith. I believe healing is more than managing symptoms — it’s about restoration, connection, and knowing you were never meant to carry pain alone. I see therapy as a sacred space where emotional care and spiritual grounding can gently work together.
If your faith is important to you, I offer a space where it can be honored without pressure or assumptions. If you are hurting, doubting, exhausted, or searching for hope, you are welcome here. You don’t have to perform, explain, or pretend. You can simply come as you are.
I have a special heart for anxious moms raising anxious children — because I’ve lived that story too. I understand what it’s like to pray for peace while living in a body that feels constantly on edge, and to love your child so deeply that their fear becomes your own. In our work together, we can gently untangle fear from faith, guilt from grace, and overwhelm from peace.
Therapy with me is not about preaching — it’s about presence, compassion, and practical tools that align with your values. Whether you want to incorporate prayer, Scripture, or simply anchor your healing in your faith, I will meet you there with respect and care.
You don’t have to be strong all the time. You’re allowed to rest, be held, and begin again.

Working with Becky has changed my life, in so many positive ways and in so many areas of my life. When I first started seeing Becky I was completely overwhelmed with anxiety. Becky helped me to peel back the layers of trauma I had been carrying and helped me to identify many of the root causes of my lifelong anxiety. It has made such a difference to work with a trauma-informed, skilled therapist like Becky. Becky never pushed me to go where I wasn't ready to go and never rushed me; she always respected my process. Becky has been a solid, grounded support to me for almost 5 years. I am forever grateful to Becky for the healing experience I've had with her.

A Space Just for You—Because You Deserve It
You know the value of therapeutic work, but it can feel especially vulnerable to sit on this side of the room. You’re used to being the steady one, the anchor. It takes courage to ask for help. I see that, and I honor it.
In our work, you can expect a space that’s grounded, nonjudgmental, and attuned to the specific challenges therapists face. Whether you're navigating burnout, personal growth, or something you haven’t yet found the words for—you’re welcome here, just as you are.
You offer so much to others. When you're ready to offer that same care to yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you.
